How to Install on Strikingly

Welcome to the Bizfinder.ai family! We are thrilled to help you integrate our powerful AI chatbot and voice bot into your Strikingly website. By following this guide, you will empower your site to capture leads and engage visitors 24/7 with a professional, automated touch.

To ensure a seamless experience, we will use the Settings menu within the Strikingly editor. This is the most robust method for adding custom code to ensure your widget appears consistently across your site.

1Step 1: Copy Your Unique Snippet

First, you need to grab the custom code that connects your Strikingly site to our platform.

  1. 1.Log in to your Bizfinder dashboard.
  2. 2.Navigate to the Installation or Setup section.
  3. 3.Locate and copy your unique code snippet. It should look exactly like this:

2Step 2: Add the Code to Strikingly

Strikingly provides a dedicated area for custom code. Please note that adding custom code typically requires a Strikingly Pro or VIP plan.

  1. 1.Log in to your Strikingly account and click Edit on the site you wish to update.
  2. 2.In the left-hand editor panel, click on the Settings button.
  3. 3.From the settings menu, select Advanced.
  4. 4.Click on Custom Code.
  5. 5.Locate the text box labeled Footer Code.
  6. 6.Paste your unique Bizfinder.ai snippet into the Footer Code box.
  7. 7.Click the Save button.
  8. 8.Crucially, click Publish in the bottom-left corner of the main editor to make these changes live on your site.
We recommend the Footer Code section to ensure your site's content loads first, providing an optimal experience for your visitors.

3Step 3: Verify Your Installation

Now that you have published your updates, let's ensure your AI assistant is active and ready to work.

  1. 1.Open your live website URL in a new browser window.
  2. 2.Refresh the page.
  3. 3.Look for the Preview Assistant icon appearing in the bottom corner of your screen (usually the bottom right).
  4. 4.Click the icon to test the interface. If it opens, your installation is successful!

4Customize Further

The beauty of our platform is that once the initial script is installed, the technical side is finished. Any future updates to your bot's look or behavior are handled directly through your Bizfinder dashboard.

  • Brand your bot: Change colors and fonts to match your Strikingly theme.

  • Real-time updates: Save your changes in our dashboard and they will reflect on your live site instantly—with no further code changes required!
