Delete your account

Request deletion of your BizFinder.ai account and the data tied to it. We need to confirm you own the account before doing anything destructive, so the form below sends a confirmation link by email or a code by SMS. No login required.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, and login credentials.
  • Conversations, voice transcripts, and messages tied to your account.
  • Bookings, quote requests, and favourites you saved.
  • Lead records you captured (web account only).
  • Business pages you own and their knowledge base (web account only).

What we keep

  • Audit logs with your name redacted (kept for security investigations and abuse response).
  • Billing and tax records if you had a paid subscription (retained as required by applicable tax law).
  • Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that don't reference you personally.

Timeline

After you confirm, the account is deactivated immediately. All sessions on the web and in the Android app stop working. Within 30 days the account and the data above are hard-deleted from our systems. If you change your mind during the window, email [email protected] from the address on file and we will reverse the deletion.

If you have both a web and a mobile account

We will email a separate confirmation link for each one. You can delete one without affecting the other.
