By accessing or using BizFinder.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business account holders, administrators, and website visitors who interact with embedded AI assistants.

BizFinder.ai is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables businesses to embed AI-powered customer support widgets on their websites. The Service includes website content scanning and knowledge base generation, AI chat and voice assistant functionality, lead capture and management, booking and scheduling integration, and an administrative dashboard for managing business configurations.

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

- Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content through the AI widget.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure or other users' access.

- Use the Service to collect personal data without proper consent from end users.

- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API endpoints.

- Misrepresent the AI assistant as a human operator without disclosure.

BizFinder.ai retains all rights to the platform, software, design, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of all content you provide, including website content submitted for scanning and knowledge base entries. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the AI assistant functionality.

You may embed the BizFinder.ai widget on websites you own or have authorization to modify. You are responsible for ensuring that the widget's use on your site complies with applicable privacy laws, including providing appropriate disclosures to your visitors about AI-powered chat functionality and data collection.

Access to the BizFinder.ai APIs is provided subject to fair use. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend access to any account that engages in excessive or abusive API usage. API keys and site identifiers are confidential and must not be shared publicly.

BizFinder.ai offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFinder.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The AI assistant provides automated responses based on your website content and may occasionally produce inaccurate information. BizFinder.ai is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the admin dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
