BizFinder.ai is an AI assistant for business websites. It learns your site, then answers visitors by chat and real-time voice, captures leads and books appointments. On Shopify and WooCommerce stores it knows the catalog and can add products to the cart by voice.

It is software that a business adds to its own website. The website and service are called BizFinder.ai; the apps, the plugin and the module are called BizFinder AI Assistant.

What BizFinder.ai is not

  • It is not a business directory. The directory of local businesses that bizfinder.ai used to publish was removed on 28 October 2026.
  • It is not thebizfinder.ai or bizfinder.online. Those are separate websites with a similar name and no connection to BizFinder.ai.
  • It does not offer business search, prospect lists or email outreach. The leads it captures come from visitors to the business's own website.

  • TOP APP INC. operates bizfinder.ai (see the privacy policy and the terms of service) and is the developer named on the Shopify App Store listing.

What it does on every website

  • Learns the website: it reads the site's public pages and builds a knowledge base it answers from.
  • Answers visitors by chat and by real-time voice in one widget. Voice calls run in the visitor's web browser.
  • Captures leads: when a visitor wants a follow-up, it asks for a name and contact details and saves the lead with the conversation in the dashboard. On days with new activity the owner gets one email with the number of new leads and conversations and a link to the dashboard. The owner can also switch on an email for each new lead and send chat leads to their own system by webhook.
  • Books appointments with its built-in scheduler or with Calendly.
  • Lets the owner choose the widget template and brand colors, and read conversation history and analytics in the dashboard.

What it does on each platform

Shopify

  • The BizFinder AI Assistant app is on the Shopify App Store. The merchant installs it and switches on its app embed in the theme editor.
  • Its Shopify permissions are read-only: products, product listings, content and themes.
  • It syncs the store's products, with prices, options and whether each is available, and its published online store pages. Shopify product webhooks keep the products current.
  • By chat or voice it opens product pages. It is instructed to add items to the cart and open the checkout only after the shopper agrees. By voice it can also read and change the cart and fill the shopper's name, email and shipping address into the checkout. The shopper enters payment on the store's own checkout page.
  • Paid plans are billed through Shopify (see Plans and prices).

WordPress and WooCommerce

  • The BizFinder AI Assistant plugin is in the WordPress.org plugin directory. It adds the assistant to a WordPress site.
  • With WooCommerce active, it syncs the published products, with prices, availability and options, and the published pages. The assistant opens product pages, and it is instructed to add products to the cart, including a chosen size or option, and open the cart and checkout only after the shopper agrees. By voice it can also change cart items and fill the shopper's details into the checkout.
  • On a WordPress site without WooCommerce it syncs the published pages and can open them for the visitor.

Wix

  • The BizFinder AI Assistant app for Wix adds the assistant to every page of the published site, with no code to paste. The owner manages it from the site's Wix dashboard.
  • On a Wix Stores site it syncs the product catalog (read-only), so the assistant answers product questions and opens product pages. It does not add items to the cart on Wix; the shopper adds them on the product page.
  • Plans are bought through Wix Billing (see Plans and prices).
  • The Wix App Market listing is not available at the moment.

Adobe Commerce (Magento 2)

  • The BizFinder AI Assistant module for Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.6 or later is on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace. It adds the assistant to every storefront page without theme edits.
  • The assistant learns the store from its public pages, as on any other website.

Any other website

  • One script tag adds the assistant to any other website. The installation guides cover 33 website builders and hosting providers, such as Squarespace, Webflow and GoDaddy.

  • Other sites subscribe on bizfinder.ai, monthly or annually.
